Who operates PocketMoney

PocketMoney is operated by Edward Bell trading as PocketMoney, a New Zealand sole trader with NZBN 9429053447371.

What PocketMoney does

PocketMoney helps sellers accept modern payments for physical goods and services using QR-based checkout flows.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. PocketMoney does not hold customer funds and cannot override Stripe decisions relating to payment processing, account verification or payouts.

Your responsibilities

  • You must use PocketMoney lawfully and fairly.
  • You are responsible for what you sell and how you sell it.
  • You must not use PocketMoney for illegal, deceptive or harmful activity.

Service changes

PocketMoney may update features, policies or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Liability

PocketMoney is provided on an as-is basis, subject to rights you may have under New Zealand law. PocketMoney is not responsible for loss caused by third-party payment provider decisions, network outages or misuse of the service.
